住宿環境很乾淨，每兩個星期會有人來清掃房間。

交通十分便利，
走路三分鐘即到tram 75及tram 30 的站牌，
可搭city circle在stop 2 下車，
走路十分鐘可到Victoria Market和Southren Cross Station.

we r two people and plan to stay in melb during 1 feb ~ 8 Feb,
if that will be available,pls tell me how to reserve and how much i should pay for the deposit and bond(one week?)
maybe we will extend few days,how much for per day?
