您好!我叫Irene Cheng .即將於2010/11/18到雪梨展開我的working visa hoilday.不好意思,因為我的英文不好,再找房子上遇到一些困難,也是第一次出遠門,心裡很忐忑.
想請問你們一些問題:
1.我是一個不抽煙,愛乾淨,無不良啫好的單身女生,將於2010/11/18 PM12:55搭乘 Jet Star捷星航空 JQ 76 (Airbus A320)抵達雪梨,
希望能以長期住宿的方式,向你們租房。想請問一下1周 / 1個月 / 3個月的租金(含押金),分別是多少?長租有沒有折扣?
2.我的第一份工作的地點是在 Botany Road, Alexandria, New South Wales .不知和租屋處的車程有多遠?
3.目前我是單身一個人過去雪梨,不知你們是否有符合1個人的房間可以分租給我呢?
4.請問租屋的完整地址?
5.請問有接機的服務嗎?

It is my first time overseas, so my English is not skillful and not experienced housing in your area.

1. How much would be for rent for below length of stays? 1 week, 1 month, and 3 month? how much deposit would be required?could you offer a discount rate for longer period of stay?
2. please advice the distance of your home to Botany Road, Alexandria, New South Wales? is there convenient transportation to this destination?
3. Can you suggest for me a single room that is suitable for one person? it would be great if you have any photos.
4. can you please confirm the complete address of your accommodation? and room photo?
5. are you able to provide services to pick up from the airport when i arrive?
