朋友有間在new westminister的房子要出租,房東是canadian family,我認識他們人很好,speak English,有兩間房間要出租,月租$400/m,網路 電視 水電全包,房子很很新 很乾淨,走路約7分鐘有一個bus stop 大約五分鐘的時間可以去22nd st skytrain station,還有另一個bus可以去Richmond,房子不用簽約,如果想包三餐的話$700/m,想要看房子的話可以跟我聯絡,我給你房東的電話,thanks!
