In view of the current situation in Bangkok , the following options are available to our guests who do not wish to travel to/from Bangkok . These options are strictly for the following travelling dates from
05 April to 25 April 2010 only.
Option 1: Change date / time of travel.
The change fee will be waived but the fare difference (if any) will apply
Option 2: Change of destination (re-routing).
A penalty will be waived but fare difference (if any) will apply. Please note that there will be no refund if the fare of the new flight is lower than the original amount.
Option 3: Credit Shell
The change fee will be waived but the fare difference (if any) will apply
Please contact our Call Centre for assistance on the matter above. We will try out best to accommodate your request in light of the current situation in Bangkok .

Refer to your flight on 15th and 18th May 2010, if you wish to change flight, the penalty will be paid normally. According to our Terms and Conditions, you must inform us of your changes more than 48 hours before the scheduled departure of your flight. Changes to your booking will incur a Flight Change Fee of THB 650 Domestic / THB 950 International plus fare difference per guest per sector. Change fee must be paid immediately upon changes.
If the new flight is in a lower fare then the booked, the difference will not be refunded.
If the new flight is in a higher fare than the booked, then the fare difference must be paid.
5.3
Flight Change : Once a booking number has been issued, flight changes are subject to the following terms:
Inside of forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time, no changes are allowed. The charges for flight change outside of forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time are provided for in the fee schedule , subject to the following conditions:
a. if a lower fare is available, the difference in fares will not be refunded to the passenger;
b. if the new flight booked is in a higher fare class than that of the cancelled booked flight, the difference in fares shall be paid by the passenger before the cancellation or change can be made;
c. the change is not confirmed until we issue you a new Itinerary and/or booking number.
d. changes on route(s) are not allowed.
