求教: 关于在 AIRASIA 预订 TOUR PACKAGE

上周在 goholiday.airasia.com 上看到若干东南亚旅行套装, 其中包含酒店住宿和返程机票, 价格十分吸引人.
由于 goholiday 的附加说明中指出, 旅游套装的价格是针对两人同行, 而小弟计划独自旅行, 因此19日我给 [email protected] 发了个咨询邮件, 没见回复. 20日再发, 还是没回复|-). 22日第三次发送, 今天终于等到了回音.
但不知是否小弟的英文水平太次, 反正没看明白到底在回答些什么:-|, 特将往复邮件贴上来, 请各位版大解惑. 谢谢! (F)

We acknowledge receipt of your email. AirAsia's Go Holiday booking system is a real-time online effort, an online booking system and based on real-time availability. The further you book ahead, the more likely that you will receive the absolute lowest fare. The price is based on the destination, duration of stay - departure/ return date, category of hotel, total no. of room and total no of guest you insert at the DIY package booking engine when you are making enquiry. Seats and hotels rooms are sold on a first click and first serve basis. Your package price may increase or decrease based on the number of guests and the hotel you select. You will receive your final package price after you complete building your package.
All AirAsia Go Holiday DIY package is free and easy packages and designed to cater for individual traveler (maximum 4 adults, 4 children (2 – 12 years) and 2 infants - 2 rooms) per reservation (2 rooms). Additional room allotment is subject to hotel availability which is control and allocated by each individual hotel. (If you have more than 4 person, you must done two time booking) The rate quoted includes room, breakfast (maximum 2 person in a room), local charge and government taxes (unless otherwise specified) but does not include extras such as transfers, tours, parking, mini bar, laundry, other meals consumed at F&B outlets or other hotel facilities (unless otherwise specified). Please take note that the room allotment with special negotiate rates under Airasia Go holiday is no longer available for the duration of your stay.You may request the additional services (rooms or bed) directly to the hotel. Payment for the additional is to be settled directly to the hotel.
All purchases on Go Holiday Packages are FINAL and cannot be changed, cancelled, refunded, exchanged or transferred to another individual. Change fees are not an option. If you wish to change your return flight a new flight booking with payment need to be made. The total amount paid will be forfeited as set out in AirAsia Go Holiday Booking Terms and Conditions.

一個人也可以 (超過特定人數或房間數才有限制)
但是費用必須看您網路訂購時的狀況
優惠及費用會隨時間跟人數有所不同

谢谢大福和violetfen二位大大的回复, 我觉得应该不是电脑自动回复, 至少也是经过人工分类筛选后再自动回复的. 而那个 Sarah 的回复则纯属扯蛋, 看来AIRASIA团队里面也同样存在应付了事的现象.
因为许多网上预订平台都会注明: 以上价格为两人以上起订, 如单人预订则需补足差额... 小弟没有很仔细地阅读完所有 GOHOLIDAY 的规定条款, 所以担心万一预订后到时再问我要补足差额, 那就十足冤大头了...
