虎航 訂票問題ascii 字符

各位~~~~:-S 剛剛我定了虎航~但是在最後時刻,我要付款按下確定,出現ascii ,說不可以有不符合規定的ascii字符:!()[]. 但是在資料當中 我並沒有打....好煩喔!!! 希望有遇過此問題的朋友可以快點幫我~~~><:\'(
