不是吧？Passenger Service Charge 。 是不是離境稅啊？柬埔寨離境稅也是25USD。

如果不是的話，豈不是總共要付50USD的費用。好慘。

paid at the airport when leaving Cambodia but now is collected when booking air ticket.

Actully u are not going to pay extra $$ becz the fare of your air-ticket
did not include PSC when booking in 2010 but u should pay the PSC
at the airport.

if u hv paid the airport taxes and charges (US$25 + US$5 = US$30) when booking the air-ticket, the fee, of course, would be refunded accordingly.

會不會就是離境稅呢??三月底離境時，就是在右邊1號窗口繳25元美金的，沒記錯的話，上頭的標示就是Passenger Service Charge …。

就是離境稅，我前天剛回來，到機場找不到地方繳25塊，問另一個背包客才知道現在離境稅已含於機票。
