cebu air 宿霧航空退票問題~超級火大

各位版上的前輩，不知有沒有在宿霧航空退費的經驗。
小弟我在2010.06.07辨理了退票~
cebu航空在06.18回覆的內容如下
Dear Mr.Wei
Greeting's from Cebu Pacific!
This is regarding your booking with us under record locator LCQGSK and BC2ZSK. The status of your booking is closed. The record was cancelled and applied for travel fund. You may redeem your travel within 90 days from the date of cancellation. Thank you and God bless.

原以為我可以很安心的等待我的退款進入我的帳號，沒想到我這個星期寫信去尋問cebu air
我退款的進度如何時，9/1 cebu air竟然回了我另一封我全完不能接受的mail，內容如下:
Greetings from Cebu Pacific!
This is to acknowledge the email that we receive about the cancellation of your bookings.
We would like to inform you that last December 01, 2009 all are tickets are non refundable or no money back. However, the other option of the guest in canceling a ticket is using our travel fund. The travel fund is a fund with Cebu Pacific were the passenger can be use on their new booking and validity is with in 90 days only from the date was the booking cancelled, otherwise fund will be forfeited. For more details you may check on our website.
As per checking the two bookings BC2ZSK and LCQGSK these are confirmed cancelled for travel fund. We regret to inform you that for these two bookings no refund will be charge back to your credit card due to our new policy.
In view of the foregoing, we would like to inform you that you may still use or redeem the fund by creating new booking with the same passenger. In redeeming of your travel fund you may call our 24/7 reservation hotline +632 7020888 or visit our direct ticket offices. Please be advice that the validity of your travel fund is until September 14, 2010 only otherwise fund will be forfeited

真他x的，現在到底是這樣?? 我有再寫一封信去restate我要我的money back~~
請問版上的前輩有什麼辨法可以處理這事嗎?? 麻煩有經驗的大大協助~謝謝
