出國帶奶油罐頭和雞精湯塊

請問,
有人知道,出國到東南亞和西班牙,帶奶油罐頭,和雞精湯塊,以及味精,芥末醬,有被禁止,或罰款的嗎?
奶油罐頭似乎有疑慮,但是似乎又可
雞精湯塊,屬於肉類,所以也算需要申報,基本肉類不行吧.
味精,由於國外的海關看不懂,也沒有英文標示,所以需要向海關解釋很久,不小心就會被查扣吧.
芥末醬---算是辣椒種子類吧.嚴格來說恐怕有點疑慮.
有人有相關經驗嗎?
由於需要去的時間比較長,因此還是會準備一些食物帶.
如果不行只能帶巧克力了.
