我是在網頁上訂購機票 但因網路發生錯誤
導致我重複買了兩張一樣機票
相信大家應該也有碰到這種問題
還好在棧上搜尋發現寫mail是最好的方法
但英文真的是很差 更何況寫全英文mail
所幸有google翻譯 花了一個小時終於搞定
mail內容如下 給你們參考

內容:To:The Cebu aviation Service personnel
Hello,I take online ticketing system due to website error leading to repeated brush a ticket to request a refund, Because the site can not handle refund,So please cancel my booking and help complete refund。

寄去了宿霧航空公司的信箱跟網站上的反饋表格
在隔天就收到可以全額退款的訊息
其實他們的處理速度還蠻快的
但是要等45~60天的工作天
只好從菲律賓回來再確認
發這篇文的用意是因為棧上這個資訊很少 而且時間都比較久了
所以想跟你們分享我的經驗
建議各位要線上買宿霧航空機票
因為網頁很不穩定常常變成空白或錯誤 請一定不要重新整理
避免導致重複刷卡 最好的方法就是打電話去問信用卡公司 可能很麻煩但是卻是最保險的

我的狀況是買了不同天的機票(2013/9月及2013/10),目的地是相同的(台北-馬尼拉)
宿務航空的回覆如下:
Dear Ms. ,
Greetings from Cebu Pacific!
This is in connection to your email regarding double booking.
As we checked the bookings under confirmation numbers xxxxx & XXXXX. The flight details are not the same and have different flight date and time of departure which will not fall in duplicate booking.
In due to considerations since the creation of the two bookings are not more than an hour, we would like to inform you that we can grant your request to cancel one of the two bookings for refund. May we ask what booking to cancel and refund?
Kindly call our 24/7 hotline number +632 70208888 to cancel one of the two bookings for refund.
我已成功收到後續同意退費的相關信件,所以看來一個小時內的重覆訂位,是可受理退票申請的,提供給大家參考!
P.S信件建議寄到KISSPEGGY說的[email protected] 才會有人受理及回信喔!(原本寄到官網上的信箱都是制式的回覆,就是要求於上班時間打電話去啦!!)
