回程搭乘樂桃行李箱硬殼遭致損壞,各位大大知道可能的處理方式嗎?(已去電樂桃)

夜襲寡婦村
我搭乘11/5MM023班機,行李遭至撞擊損壞,但未立即發現。外觀不僅破裂、且海綿露出。因前日夜宿機場及登機當日,行李仍完好如初,:-@

已去電樂桃,客服給我一個email叫我說明情形並附上照片,11/8寫的信今都還沒回~
剛又打電話去,接電話的客服居然說中文總公司看不懂,叫我寫日文或英文~聽到心中真是oo又xx。後來在我不爽反映下,客服小姐妥協詢問主管說總公司要一到兩星期工作天!媽啊也太久了吧?~實在很怕他們裝死縮

有人有相同情形過嗎?可能的處理方式為何呢?

建議去他家臉書留言,把事實再陳述一下,臉書上的貼文它不處理不回應不行。

重發一封終於收到回覆了~

內容如下:
Thanks for your mail inquiry for your baggage damaged.
Unfortunately, we didn't received your mail before, could you please send
the damaged baggage photos to us once again?

Furthermore, we would like to ask you, did you get any insurance for your
journey? We can issue the damaged baggage certification to you for insurance
claim.

但哭哭的是我沒有保什麼特別的保險啊....
除了只有刷機票一般附的旅平險都沒了~QQ!
各位有建議我要怎麼回嗎?

保險就說沒保險就好
他們只是想問你需不需要證明

但~行李箱會不會賠也是未知~
畢竟你沒有當場發現~

We apologize for this inconvenience caused for damage of your baggage.

As per your attached damaged report, we regret to say that this is beyond airline's liability.

For your information, this is the quotation from our website regarding the baggage damage liability of Peach.

Peach does not assume liability for the following damage to baggage, although adequate precautions will be taken in their handling.

・Damage to baggage from excess weight or over packing
・Damage to baggage from owing to defects in the baggage itself such as from normal wear and tear.
・Loss of protruding parts such as wheels, straps, hooks, key, handle and name tags.
・Minor damage such as scuffs, cuts, dents and dirt.
・All damaged baggage claims must be made within 7 days of flight date. Claims made after 7 days will not be accepted.

We regret to inform you that we are unable to compensate the damage cost for your baggage.
Thank you very much for your kind understanding.

你之前曾經提到你的行李箱已經跟了你好久,無論是哪一家航空公司都不會對一個使用好一段時日行李箱的損害作賠償,如果你在現場發現立刻投訴也許可以拗一點"補償",但是你並沒有所以Peach的回覆是符合她的條款的。

搭廉航就別用"貴杉杉"的行李箱,不然錢沒省到,還一肚子氣....
