請問緬甸簽証

請問有的經驗者以下問題：
1. 在台灣請旅行社送個人緬甸簽証需要訂位記錄嗎 ? (因為我想搭Jetstar到新加坡再轉到仰光所以想先拿簽證再買電子機票而且回程機票仰光飛曼谷其 他 未確定路線三個月後從新加坡回台北）網路上資料有的寫要有的寫不用訂位記錄
2.在台辦簽證效期是多久(我知入境可停28天我現在問的是簽證發出後多久內入境有效我看大陸攜程寫90天是嗎)

他就只跟我要這些,訂位紀錄也沒跟我拿,
只是問了我兩次,確定有機票嗎?
(我亞航電子機票抓在手上一直想要督給他..)

因為資訊跟價格與這邊差異頗大
其實我也嚇一大跳~
還猛跟她確認只要一張照片嗎?? 我抓了一把帶著耶

請問河內的緬甸大使館也可以嗎? 版上是否有前輩申請過?

查了緬甸外交部官網，落地簽目前是可以的，只能在機場及港口辦理，20美金。
但為確保順利入境，我還是先委託昂齊代辦，800元 + 兩吋照片一張 + 護照正本 ，昂齊小姐說要五個工作天，但我2月21日（週二）下午快遞給她們，2月24日週五中午就拿到緬簽了。
要注意的是，這張釘在護照上的簽證，有效期限是自辦簽證日起的三個月內必須入境，入境後只能停留28天，「陸路進入是不被允許的」，僅能從機場入境。
