求救!曼谷航空訂票失敗…

各位前輩新年快樂,小弟有個訂票問題要請大家幫忙解決。

小弟上網訂了曼谷到馬爾地夫的機票,整個流程跑完後卻告知扣款失敗,要小弟跟他們聯絡

以取得授權之類的。

可小弟寫了好幾封信給他們卻遲遲沒有得到回應,且已過了24小時,想重新訂票系統卻出現我有訂票紀錄,請我跟他們聯絡…

慘的是小弟幫老婆訂票時卻一切順利,萬一小弟買不到機票,可麻煩啦…

以下是曼航的來信,請各位前輩幫忙看看小弟是不是那裡出錯了?

Thank you for booking with Bangkok Airways.

Your seat has been confirmed. But your ticket has not been issued due to the unsuccessful payment. Please contact Bangkok Airways ticketing Office or Reservation Center for making a new payment. However, your ticket will be issued only after your payment transaction is completed.

To complete your purchase, please print this email or record the reservation code and contact the nearest Bangkok Airways Ticketing Office or Reservation Center on 1771 ( within Thailand ) or +66 2 270 6699 throughout 24 hours or our office nearest to you to issue the ticket within the ticket time limit you have been advised when your seat confirmed, otherwise your seat will be canceled.

This itinerary was current at the time this e-mail was sent. Subsequent changes do not reflect in this document.

他寫得很清楚: 打電話或是造訪泰航辦公室

這種重要事務不能用email處理
因為牽涉到重新付款的方式等等
能動手儘量別吵吵
可能是信用卡輸入時有些錯誤,導致扣款失敗。
如果不想打越洋電話,最簡單的辦法就是取消原訂位記錄,重新訂位,開票。
來一瓶92年的爽歪歪
