超齡兒童
辦商務簽證必須要有對方公司要請函商務正式信件,如果在台灣可以在印尼觀光局辦,如果是已經在印尼先用觀光簽證進入要換商務簽證,可以到新加坡辦理再用商簽進入,當天都可完成

BUSINESS VISA:
1 This visa is given by the Indonesian Embassy to applicants visiting Indonesia for normal business
activities (including attending aconference/seminar) which do not involve taking up employment or
receiving any payments whilst in Indonesia.
2 Type of entries :
- Single Entry : Maximum length of stay is 60 days
Extensions can be applied for and obtained in Indonesia from the Immigration Authorities.
- Multiple Entries : Issued upon authorization of the Immigration Office in Indonesia.
Note:
It is suggested that the applicant's counterpart in Indonesia should apply locally on his/her behalf
Based on a written approval from the Immigration Authority, the applicant will then apply for the issuance of visa by submitting the required documents stated below
Valid for up to 12 (twelve) months.
Applicant's business sponsor in Indonesia needs to apply locally or his/her behalf.
Applies for business purposes only.
3 Validity of visa will be three months from the date of issue.
4 To return the passport by post, a Self Addressed Special Delivery Envelope should be provided.
5 Visa is issued within five to six working days from receipt of application providing all documents are in
order.
Required documents which should be submitted are as follow :
1 Passport (with a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of entry into Indonesia)
2 One completed visa application form
3 One coloured passport size photograph
4 Evidence that the applicant has sufficient funds to cover the cost of applicant's intended stay in
Indonesia (Bank Statement dated less than a month or traveler's cheques)
Together with : For business
1 Two supporting letters, each from the applicant’s firm in UK and sponsor/counterpart in Indonesia
setting out the reason and duration of the proposed visit, and responsibility for
accommodation/maintenance costs.
2 Copy of written approval from the Immigration Office in Indonesia should the duration of business is to
exceed 60 days.
To attend a conference/seminar
1 A letter/invitation from the conference host setting out details, including nature, duration and
programme of the conference/seminar.
Fees (which must be paid either in postal order or bank draft only, payable to Indonesian Embassy) :
- Single Entry £ 35.00
- Multiple Entry £ 125.00

social/cultural visit, such as visiting relatives/friends; social organizations; exchange visits between
educational institutions; undertaking research and attending training programme in Indonesia.
2 Type of entry :
-Single Entry : Maximum length of stay is 60 days.
-Extensions can be applied for and obtained in Indonesia from the Immigration Authorities.
3 Approval from the Immigration Office in Indonesia is needed for applicants who wish to stay longer than
60 days which must be applied for by the applicant’s sponsor/relative/friends who reside/base in
Indonesia. Visa will only be issued by the Embassy after receiving the authorization direct from the
Immigration office in Indonesia.
4 A person granted a student, research or training visa is not permitted to take up employment, and may
not remain in Indonesia for any purpose other than that for which the visa was granted.
5 Multiple entries need special permit from the Immigration Office in Indonesia.
6 Validity of visa will be three months from the date of issue.
7 To return the passport by post, a Self Addressed Special delivery Envelope should be provided.
8 Visa is issued within five to six working days from receipt of application provided all documents are in
order.

For visiting relatives/friends/social organizations
7 A letter of invitation from the applicant’s family/relatives/friends/social organizations in Indonesia, and
copy of their passport (main details only) or ID (KTP).
8 Evidence of sufficient funds or a third party letter guaranteeing to support the applicant financially
during his/her stay, together with documentary evidence of ability to do so.
For study/training/research
1 A letter of registration from the institution/college/school in Indonesia verifying the duration and nature
of the course, training or research.
2 Evidence that all the necessary fees have been paid in advance. If the applicant is on a
scholarship/award programme, a statement/letter of confirmation from the sponsor(s)/awardees is
required.

1.印尼不像其他國是你直接去台北代表處領表填寫申請即可,印尼是需先拿到印尼本國的允
許證明,才能回台申請證件,或至新加坡申請證件,因此都是先在印尼請代辦公司處理完之
後,回台北申請,或是飛去新加坡取件後,再持簽證進入印尼國境
