請問宿霧航空getgo如何使用travel fund？緊急

想請教關於宿霧航空getgo訂購機票的問題
7月時在宿霧航空網站有申辦getgo會員以信用卡訂購台灣往返馬尼拉的來回機票
最近欲查詢加購行李的部分，不慎點成將機票轉換成travel fund(旅遊基金)，
必須重新購票。(10月即將出國，相當緊急)
(其中還有個問題是名字有key入錯誤，必須請getgo幫忙修正，宿霧航空無法協助處理)
登入getgo會員，重新查詢購票，但是到了付款頁面時選擇以travel fund付款
卻顯示TWD 0，想請教如何使用以信用卡付款變成的travel fund來購票。
這是宿霧航空的回覆：
Travel Fund can be used by the passenger to pay for new bookings of the same person/s on record, ancillary products or fees and penalties (except Philippine taxes that must be paid in cash and excess baggage). The validity of Travel Fund is within ninety (90) days from the date of its creation hence if it was not used within the given validity it will be forfeited. Redemption of travel fund stored under reservations credit can only be coursed thru our call center hotline however for travel fund stored under a GetGo account, redemption can be done thru our website.

他們請我私訊getgo的facebook或twitter，因為是從getgo申辦他們並無法處理。
但是自9/19下午到現在都尚未收到getgo的回覆。
有撥打China: +86 4006700780，但是一直沒有轉接專人接聽的服務(英語不流利，只播China的服務專線)
請問有沒有過類似問題的人可以給點建議或方法，非常謝謝您。

看起來它找不到你的帳戶裡的錢
有可能是你的帳戶沒有正確的登入，或是有兩個不同帳戶
你說你改了名字，這也可能造成帳戶更動、變成兩個帳戶，而對不到一起

另外我指的名字錯誤是護照姓名辦理getgo會員時我輸入錯誤，宿霧航空指出必須請getgo幫我做修正，宿霧航空無法幫忙修正。
目前尚未將姓名更正，在付款的頁面選travel fund一樣沒有顯示出金額
如有遇過這種情況或經驗，請給予協助，謝謝您
