信用卡掛失後,accor扣款問題?

3/23日我包包放在置物箱..去買個早餐..包包被拿走..
信用卡..全掛失了..
昨晚才想到..ibis還沒扣款..
請問..我現在要怎麼處理?
我很擔心搶到的優惠訂房會被取消..
拜託..知道如何處理的朋友..幫幫我..

之前我也有遇過相同的事情，我是訂ibis pattaya，他會再另外寄一封信給你(關於沒辦法過卡)，請你提供新的信用卡相關資料即可；然後他會把刷卡的小單子再寄回給你的，別擔心，ok的啦!

Unfortunately, with the credit card details that your gave us, we got error from the bank system (Declined), and can not charge. (當初提供信用卡無法過卡)
We would appreciate if you could send us new guest credit card details: Credit card No., Card holder name and Expiration date, according to Hot Deal Prepaid Rate conditions. (請再寄給他信用卡號碼，姓名和信用卡有效日；即可)
