求救hostelworld.com 訂房變更之後

想起問各位前輩
我知道取消訂金不能退回那如果是更改呢？同一家飯店我更改房型我知道他們線上會在收美金三元的服務費,但是之前付的10%訂金應該會移轉到變更後的房型吧？
因為我更改後他移轉後的計算很奇怪並不是我計算後的正確價錢=.=ll,不知道有沒有人有跟我一樣是變更而不是取消呢？
