請問在hostelworld的訂房問題

請問各位：
我在http://www.hostelworld.com/index.php上訂房，然後付了訂金
但他有寫一句：
The balance of EUR 417.60 is payable in EUR 2 weeks prior to arrival.
那是指在我抵達的前二個星期，他會自動的把剩下的錢從我信用卡刷掉嗎？(當初訂金是用信用卡網路上刷的)所以我到達時就不需在付錢了？

我現在遇到問題了。由於去年11月的京都行改日期，取消了在hostelworld的訂房，由於有cancellation portection，所以訂金50美金全都進到帳戶裏。
今年過年要到吉隆坡，想趁機把帳戶裏的美金花掉(不然半年後就無效了)，結果訂金只有14美金，剩下的36美金似乎動不了，我看了一下上面棧友的資料，90%的剩餘住宿費用似乎是抵達旅館時才付，但要看旅館收費的方式，看起來是和hostelworld帳戶裏的錢是分開算的，也就是説我帳戶裏的50美金無法因為這次的訂房而全部用掉，真傷腦筋呀~~~
