Penny L. was born in Taipei in 1992. She currently studies Interior Architecture and Design in Academy of Art University, which located in San Francisco, United States.
She came to the United States in 2008 as an exchange student. She lived two years in Pennsylvania with American host families. She had lived in many different cities in her life, such as Taipei, New York, Oregon, Pennslyvania and San Francisco.
She traveled 8 countries, 33 cities in 2014 summer and decided to write stories about her life.
The name P.Y.L came from Penny's initial and the shape of the logo inspiration came from the globe.
P.Y.L is much more than a blog, it’s a place for her share travel experiments with people around the world.
