台灣人在金邊申請越南簽證?

我過年也要去越南,但是會先去柬埔寨,有沒有人知道台灣人可不可以在金邊申請越南簽證,申請時間大約是多久.

Just applied my Vietnam VISA at Phnom Penh 3 days ago and it cost me USD28 through Capitol. I did shop around and this is the current price.

No idea how much it could be if apply in person.
