"Gare de Bercy" is one of the Railway stations in Paris, like Gare de Lyon, Gare du Nord, Gare de l'Est, etc...
In addition to be a marchandise railway station, night trains departing to/from Italy (Milan, Rome, etc.) or to/from Burgundy (Sens, Auxerre, etc.) operate at Gare de Bercy.
Bercy (Gare de Bercy) is located on Metro 14 (and Metro 6 too), next to "Cour Saint Emilion".
Therefore, if you don't get lost too easily, you should be able to make it possible to catch your plane at CDG Airport on time...
From Gare de Bercy (you'll need to walk about few hundreds meters before arriving to Metro station "Bercy")
1) Take Metro 14, direction Saint Lazare, to Châtelet.
2) From Châtelet, take RER B, direction Aéroport CGD 1/2 TGV.
It takes about 1 hour by train. But, you'll consider your walking ability...

PS. I flew with EasyJet once from Orly to Barcelona once; it was pretty OK! If you are not staying in Paris and if you make it to book a cheap flight, you may consider to fly directly from Rome to your next European destination.

2. 7點到要看出關的速度*行李/海關...
若是個星期六/天 理論上是行得通 只是會很緊張而已

到東站時是要撘地鐵還是公車到Est Hotel 哪一種比較方便呢...?

東站到Est Hotel從地圖上看起來不太遠, 走路應該就可以到了....
如果要坐公車, 可以從東站搭38號線往Porte d'Orleans方向, 在MAGENTA-SAINT MARTIN下車(根據RATP網站顯示, 車程約兩分鐘), 下車再走兩分鐘就到了.

知道Barbizon可以用巴黎六區的票坐RER D2到達(得花時50分鐘)
但是因為fontainebleau avon又在另一條灰線上
書上只說去LYON車站搭"列車"(約40分鐘到，比Barbizon遠時間卻比較短?)
這是指火車了嗎?
是否得另外買票了?多少錢?
或是可以持巴黎的回數票或mobilis補差價?
