惡劣至極的布魯日Aquarius B&B
你是我今生唯一的夢
雖然很不想再說這件事
但還是想Share 給大家注意
我預計這星期六會抵達布魯日
早在去年約11月多就已經透過幾位前輩的分享
得知這間B&B
看起來頗符合我的需求
所以我就跟他接洽
對方要我跟她做last confirm，我也立即的回覆，並再次得到他給我的last confirm
Hello XXX,
We confirm your reservation.
We can only accept payment in cash.
It is OK to make sure that you get on time in the train-station on the 4th of April.
I send you the description of the walking-way from the train-station :
Leave the station next to gate 10. Turn right and at the traffic lights just continue along the railway. At the next traffic lights follow the street that leads to Gistel (=Gistelsesteenweg). The first street on your right is the “Witte Beerstraat”. This walk takes about 15 minutes.
The busses 5 & 15 (in front of the station) also take you to the “Witte Beerstraat” (stop “Phare)
If your time of arrival would change a lot please inform us by mail or by phone on 00-32-(0)50-31.19.26

結果~~她竟然回覆我~~
Hello XXX,
Since 3th November 2010 we didn't hear anything of you until today. I'm very sorry but we have an other reservation for 2nd and 3th April.
I give some adresses of friends, maybe they can help you.

挖ㄌㄟ!!!真不知道該說什麼
我回信要他負責
結果他就說他會盡快幫我找到地方
可是卻沒有問我是否對住宿有何要求之類的
就擅自幫我訂Youth-Hostel，且還是dorm的房型，還跟我說這比我們這裡更便宜ㄟ~~
我~~因為怕吵~當初才會選民宿
後來我就說~~妳為何都沒有問我低需求
且我是先訂房間的人~
為何要我去住別的地方~
結果他又回我說~~
因為同等級的民宿都已客滿(這是可想而知的)
挖勒~~
我就回信給她說我有被騙的感覺~~
他又再次回信給我說

We do not lie to you.
In event of a double booking we need to make someone unhappy. If it is not you it is the other person.
If you do not agree with the youth-hostel we can also offer you a B&B a bit further away that still has one room free for two persons ( www.bru-beauline.be ). If you prefer this B&B, please inform me about that so I can cancell the youth-hostel.
We really do our best to help you.

這真的是什麼跟什麼壓~~
我的感受是~~他只想盡快解決她低問題~~似乎要我們隨便有個地方住就好~
原來這是他們的待客之道
這樣就是盡他所能在幫我?
先訂房低人~~卻被隨便丟棄~~
且要不是我有先寫信去~~我可能到現在都還不知道這種狀況
至少要我去別得地方住低話~也要先跟我道歉~然後~~問我們有何需求~再去找~~
不是一昧以他低角度來處理事情~~
最後~~我並沒有依照他說低那些地方去住~
而是再次快速搜尋有前輩推薦的其他旅館~~
打電話直接去布魯日一間一間問
一開始幾間都沒有房間了(這本來就可以想像的~因為時間離得太近了)
幸好後來找到了~~只是住兩天~~也分別得一天住一間~~
我的朋友說~~若是以要去那裡住的客人~沒有遇到這種狀況的話
可能不會覺得不好~~這點我同意
但我遇到的是不好的狀況~~
以我所看到的~~他們真的很糟~~

看到這篇文章,我心都涼一半了,因為我也是早就預訂好這間B&B的房間了,不過之後有問題要再問她們時,信箱確是常常退件沒收到,不知道道時候去那邊時會不會突然被放鳥啊~流浪在布魯日....真是擔心啊

現在我們還是來到這間民宿....真的還不錯ㄟ...很溫馨的地方..所以想來的還是可以很舒適...
