I've been at a B&B for 39Euros per night per room for two travelers.
It's called "Villa des Allouettes", located about, from the city center, 15 minutes by Tramway + 5 minues of walk. They have another room for 49Euros with private bath room and toilets.

P.S If you have some more budget, you really should try at least two local restaurants: "La Cigale" (typical French bistrot with traditional food) and "Christophe Bonnet" (about 35Euros per person however...).
