I stayed in ホテル法華クラブ大阪店 four years age.
It is a traditional business hotel near 風化區, but still relative safe.
As other business hotels in Japan, smells of smoking and must, and relative small room are the major problems, but it is still a good option for its good convenient location and cheap price.
