不好意思請問一下，有關飯店的英文回覆

大家好：
我在錦系町lotte city hotel的官網（http://www.lottecityhotel.jp/ch/)訂了一間雙人房，想寫信給飯店問一些問題，但有看過網友提醒若回中文可能顯示亂碼，所以想寫英文，想請各位高手協助如何以英文詢問，問題如下：
1.我們第一天12／16約下午5點抵達成田機場，會較晚check in,預計晚上8點左右到飯店，請問是否ok？（註；此飯店是網站下訂後到櫃檯付款，不需繳訂金也不用填信用卡資料，很怕晚check in會被取消訂單)
2.我跟老公會帶一個1歲多女兒一起住宿，請飯店幫忙準備床圍。
3.預定房間時無附加早餐選項，是否check in繳錢時，3天早餐先一起結帳？
4.開頭及結尾問候語該如何寫？
以上麻煩各位高手指導，非常感謝！

2. We have a one year old daughter. Would you please prepare a Bed guard(ベッドガード)？
3. We would like to book three days of breakfast(12/16~12/19). How to pay it?

旅行外語, 只要能溝通, 不會有誤會就好了. 不需要太擔心完美. 我幫你把文法上面的明顯錯誤改掉而以.

中文裡面有因為+所以. 英文的because 和 so 是連接詞. 兩個連接詞應該要連接三個子句. 文法上, because... so...是老中很容易錯的用法.所以原句雖然可以表達你的意思. 但是如果養成習慣這樣用, 有可能會讓人誤會你的意思.

訂好就訂好, 旅館做事有一定的方式. 不必亂了他們的套. 怕是待會又有誤會, 增加困擾. 如果現在沒有要收錢, 不必先做.

就我所知, 日本飯店多一口的價錢跟房間都不同. 你可能會被要求更改訂房
3. We would like to book three days of breakfast(12/16~12/19). How to pay it?
這個部份check in 當場弄就可以了. 你的早餐是12/17, 18 and 19. 你應該是問,
Do you offer breakfast in your premises, if yes, we would like to book for two persons for three days, Dec 17, 18 and 19. Please advise do I need to reserve a table in advance.
