其實我去過巴西......上次是因為公司出差......所以公司辦商務簽.....
台灣真的國際處境很慘....
到哪裡都要簽證......
說難聽一點...就是要賺你的錢~~
常出國...覺得我們有時很可憐......
連一些阿撒布魯的小國.....出去都比我們方便多了~~
有時會想乾脆移民到別的國家算了....至少護照比台灣護照好用 :'( :'(
我可能會再美國想辦法辦巴西和阿根廷的簽證...

I checked 巴西大使館 in Lima. Its a big 大使館 and 領事 can speak English well. She said 90天內一定要入境,否則就失效了,no 延後入境. Maybe can 延簽 in Brasil.
I think Lima is a good place for apply Brasil visa.

持台灣護照申辦巴西簽證LAISSEZ PASSER條件限制多,在南美辦申請表只有葡文西文,根本看不懂.有時辦事員及簽證官不會說英語.

你久居我心卻不曾交過房租
巴西政府真是毫無效率可言,典型的拉丁人,午休時間11:00~2:30,儘管大排長龍,仍然照常休息.辦個簽證要跑好幾趟,約定時間到還沒辦出來,就要再跑一趟.
我申辦巴西簽證註明2006 Jan 15才進入巴西,約2006 Feb 28離開巴西,仍然得到如此簽證2005 Oct 20~ 2006 Jan 19,完成不符我當初之申請....我還花了10天,跑了5次....
巴西簽證要多些耐心仔細.
詳細失敗經驗 .. :-( fail case study
Today, I just tried to entry Brazil from Bolivia bolder. I got reject beacuse my laissez-passer vaild until 1/19 ... only 2 days left.... I doubt the Federal Police Department never see that laissez-passer before..... They asked me going to main Federal Police Department in the centre of town. Result was the same, I only can entry Brazil for 2 days. ... I thought vaild until 1/19 mean I have to entry Brazil in 90days .... yes, I do, but vail until still need to be watch. .... I asked if I can extend in other city. They can´t speak English. They just asked me go back to Bolivia and apply a new laissez-passer.
I was disscussing with some friends cross bolder togther. I was thinking about stay in Brazil illegal or go back to Bolivia. One Brazilian said ¨In Bolivia illegal stay you just need to pay money, In Brazil you maybe go to Jail!!¨......
After back to Bolivia immgration, I spent one hr ask them cancel exit stamp. They was ask me apply Bolivia visa again in the bolder. It´s cost 40usd. ....
Will I apply Brazil visa again in Santa Cruz, Bolivia!? I spent two days from Santa Cruz to the Brazil bolder, and I need to back there again..

ps. laissez-passer is only issue for few countries that Brazil dont think they are countries.
It´s look like a passport, but actually not. It´s cost me 90usd ; 10 days waiting and 5 times to Brazil cosultor. It´s only issue me one time and 30days in Brazil, and I need to entry Brail in 90days after they issue laissez-passer and laissez-passer vaild only 90days. So many limitations....

會去的國家包括秘魯、巴西、玻利維雅、智利、阿根廷（目前順序還沒排）
已經在站上看了很多資料，
可能會先在台灣拿智利、玻利維亞跟阿根廷簽證。
巴西簽證我上了台北辦事處看過，
要準備好多資料！包括公司保證函（天啊！我要離職去耶誰要幫我保證！）
後來我查了一下美國的巴西使館網址，
他有特別寫給台灣人的laisse-passer
卻不需要給這麼多資料...
