[玻利維亞]簽證

本週前往台北辦事處申辦玻簽（tel：02-2723-8721，信義路五段5號7E-13室，世貿一館7樓），做點心得分享：
必備文件：護照、身分證正、影本各一；照片x2；
財力證明：NT$150,000，無工作者NT$250,000；
簽證費NT$1,400；
工作天3天，如週一送件、週三可去電詢問是否OK、若OK則週四領件；
送件時須親自辦理，領件時可請人代領。
先前去電詢問時說要行程表，但送件時則未要求，顯然沒有也沒關係，有空就備著吧！
申請表上要填上當地投宿旅館的名稱、住址、電話（不須訂房紀錄且只要一處就好），雖然只是形式上，但’ 形式上’ 三個字擺在心理就好，表情還是要一付就是要住該旅館的樣子。
辦簽證時就怕要先開機票，所以辦事處有個稍微人性化的要求：送件時不須機票正本，承辦人員初步審核後會告知是否OK，若沒問題便可開票，領件時一定要有機票正本；
值得一提的是：所需機票正本其實只要從台灣飛出的第一段票即可，比如說，我那張奇怪的環球票是台北—漢城—舊金山—墨西哥；邁阿密—歐洲，亦即我並沒有中南美洲段的機票，而辦事處的人只是需要台北—漢城段的航班資料即可，不過，您該不會想要用一張台北—香港來回票去領件吧！
整個申辦過程都很容易，剛剛去電詢問是否OK，已被告知可領件，看來玻簽算是很好拿的。玻簽有效期60天、可停留天數30天。
送件時正好遇上旅行社帶著一群阿公阿媽們專程從南部北上來辦簽證，看來這群阿公阿媽們已經玩遍歐亞了，才會想到中南美吧，想到他們創造了台灣經濟奇蹟，老來可呼朋引伴遊山玩水，就蠻替他們高興，祝福他們玩得愉快，也祝大家申辦玻簽順利愉快。

為此我打去疾管局問了旅遊門診的醫師
醫師說前三項疫苗的注射紀錄 可以問問衛生所(可是衛生所會開英文證明嗎?)
但是禽流感 並沒有人用的疫苗 所以這樣的要求還蠻怪的
於是她又幫我轉介給外交部負責中南美的一位朱先生
朱先生建議我寫信去台灣至駐玻利維亞代表處問 會比較清楚

1. 關於預防接種，能在台灣拿到就儘量備好，缺的再到上面Yoyo提供的Lima衛生所去，告知要辦玻簽，並出示已經有了的接種資料，或直接告知要打哪些預防注射(英文不太通，最好在台灣先印好需要的資料)。
2. 我跟另一位台灣同胞都被「玻利維亞駐利馬辦事處」要求到台灣駐秘魯代表處去拿一封證明信函，證明我們所持的台灣護照是有效證件。
聽台灣駐利馬辦事處的小姐說最近這種例子很多，所以如果要節省時間，可以考慮先到San Borja取得證明函再去玻利維亞駐利馬辦事處。

I´ve just got my Bolivian visa in Lima..
Actually I recommand get the shot in Lima (4 vaccines you need to inject to apply the visa..I only got the yellow fever in Taiwan), not only cheaper but more convenient..even tho they can´t speak Engliah, but just show them the vaccine you need to inject (you can get it from the Bolivian embassy), they will understand..no worry.. ;-)

price of the vaccine:
3 mixed vaccine-- 35 soles(about NT350)
yellow fever-- 55 soles(about NT550)

don´t worry..i think it´s very easy to get the bolivia visa in lima if you get every document done..it only takes 1 day to get it, that is, you can get it at the following day..
all you need
1.application form--it will be offered by the bolivian embassy
2.vaccine certificate--you can get all of these as the following info..20-30 mins from the bolovian embassy..

3.letter or stamp from taipei office--just go to the taipei office in lima, tell them you need the letter or stamp on your passport copy..officials there are very nice..

4. application fee--US30, if you get all the documents done, the official will give you a paper to pay the money, you need to go to the ¨banco de continetial¨, go out of the bolivian embassy, turn right at the first road and walk straight about 4 blocks, you will see the bank on your right side...
5.accommodation certificate--don´t worry, if you always find the hotel on arrive(just like me), go this website, http://www.hihostels.com/web/index.en.htm
book the hostel and then you can get the reply immedicately, print them and then you can cancel your reservation from this website, all you lose is the booking fee and 0.5 deposit(only USD3 for each hostel), booking 2 hostels are enough!
