[玻利維亞]簽證
去你麻痹的愛情
本週前往台北辦事處申辦玻簽（tel：02-2723-8721，信義路五段5號7E-13室，世貿一館7樓），做點心得分享：
必備文件：護照、身分證正、影本各一；照片x2；
財力證明：NT$150,000，無工作者NT$250,000；
簽證費NT$1,400；
工作天3天，如週一送件、週三可去電詢問是否OK、若OK則週四領件；
送件時須親自辦理，領件時可請人代領。
先前去電詢問時說要行程表，但送件時則未要求，顯然沒有也沒關係，有空就備著吧！
申請表上要填上當地投宿旅館的名稱、住址、電話（不須訂房紀錄且只要一處就好），雖然只是形式上，但’ 形式上’ 三個字擺在心理就好，表情還是要一付就是要住該旅館的樣子。
辦簽證時就怕要先開機票，所以辦事處有個稍微人性化的要求：送件時不須機票正本，承辦人員初步審核後會告知是否OK，若沒問題便可開票，領件時一定要有機票正本；
值得一提的是：所需機票正本其實只要從台灣飛出的第一段票即可，比如說，我那張奇怪的環球票是台北—漢城—舊金山—墨西哥；邁阿密—歐洲，亦即我並沒有中南美洲段的機票，而辦事處的人只是需要台北—漢城段的航班資料即可，不過，您該不會想要用一張台北—香港來回票去領件吧！
整個申辦過程都很容易，剛剛去電詢問是否OK，已被告知可領件，看來玻簽算是很好拿的。玻簽有效期60天、可停留天數30天。
送件時正好遇上旅行社帶著一群阿公阿媽們專程從南部北上來辦簽證，看來這群阿公阿媽們已經玩遍歐亞了，才會想到中南美吧，想到他們創造了台灣經濟奇蹟，老來可呼朋引伴遊山玩水，就蠻替他們高興，祝福他們玩得愉快，也祝大家申辦玻簽順利愉快。

In puno.. they didn´t request my 疫苗注射或證明 or any letter or stamp from Taipei office..
just like what I said..only passport & 30 usd..
and office open 8:30 am until 14:00pm
I am the first one so even don´t need to wait 1 hr
get visa then need to copy that page and first page of passport ...give to them then can go to Bolivia same day !!
in Lima have a long list...I don´t want to talk...

It´s impossibile to apply tourist visa in Calama, Chile.
I went there this morning, they tell me that have to wait for 30 days for the visa.
In their list, they don´t exist Taiwan or ROC, so they regard us like RPOC. So don´´t need to try in Calama.
:'( faile again! I´ll go to Puno to ask for the visa.....

:-D good news finally!
I got Bolivia visa in Peru!
Only need passport and 30 usd.
don´t need other documentry and photo and vaccnation proof.
Only need less 30 mins to get the visa. But we spend longer there, casue we chat with the nice bolivia consul. The consul invite us to drink cafe, show us the city and provide us the travel information in Bolivia. And he give us his name card, and said if we got any problem in Bolivia, just call him. So we also took photo with this nice consul. <:o)
The city is call Mollendo, near Arequipa, 1 hour half bus ride, just go to Arequipa bus station then by the bus ticket to Mollendo, and later take a taxi from Mollendo bus terminal to the bolivia Consulado.

BTW, the consul can speak english, but he speak spanish with us, cause we want to pratice..hehehe
I suggest the day before you go, call them to ask first is better.

你最好打個電話去Bolivia Embassy確定.年初時美國駐坡利維亞大使館的消息 (http://bolivia.usembassy.gov/nbvreq.html)可能從三月開始要簽證,但何時開始未定.到現在仍是未定.美國官方網站坡利維亞的進出規定 (http://travel.state.gov/travel/cis_pa_tw/cis/cis_1069.html)仍舊是寫30天內不用簽證.Virtualtourist論壇上上個月也有人問過美國公民是否需要簽證 (http://forum.virtualtourist.com/discussion-360232-1-1-Travel-0-0-Bolivia-discussion.html),有人打電話去坡利維亞大使館問,也說不用簽證.
我還查坡利維亞駐英國大使館網站 (http://www.embassyofbolivia.co.uk/paises.html),美國還是一樣列在不需簽證的名單中.另外查了幾個幫人代辦簽證的公司網站,也是這樣寫.所以應該還不用.但什麼時候會開始不知道,所以若要去還是打電話問大使館確定一下比較好.
