Question about Domestic Airlines in Colombia

Except Avianca, does anyone have other suggestions?

I just check the price in Avianca.com
My travel schedule is:
From Bogoda to Cartagena - round trip
Aug. 11 / 9:40pm- 11:00pm
Aug. 16 / 10:30am-11:51am

The total price is Colombia Peso 372000. (186000 one way)

I have 2 questions.
Firstly, is the price fair or do I have any better choice?

Secondly, while arriving Cartagena, the time will be very late.
Does anyone have any traveling experience in Cartagena?
I just want to make sure that the place is okay at midnight...

While checking out the payment, the system did not accept US credit card. I had no idea about it.....

Furthermore, the price is not as cheap as what I imaged before.
COP372000 for a round trip is before tax.
The price plus tax is COP542740.

I may get the ticket after arriving BOG.

Does anyone have a good suggestion about travel agency in Bogoda?

I just ask my friend who is a lawyer in Caracas making a call to Avianca Airlines.

The customer service said that they did not accept any offer from US. Besides that, if my friend wanted to help me booking the flight, the price would be USD402 for round trip.

Compared with the price on the Internet, it costs USD100 more.

It was not very convenient for me.

However, I got the solution form Expedia.com.

After checking most flight-selling websites in US, just only Expedia can take my request to sell Colombian domestic flight.
Furthermore, I trust the reputation of Expedia more than Avianca.
If there is anyone who wants to book domestic flight and does not appear in Colombia while booking, you can try Expedia.

Just update the information...

Expedia does not offer e-ticket of Avianca airline in US.
Therefore, the order needs to plus extra shipping charge.
