Is there any taxi in Matanzas and Varadero?

I am planning to take a Viazul bus from Havana to Matanzas in the morning. I will stay at Matanzas for 2 hours. Then, I want to take a taxi (1 hour) to Varadero and stay there for 1 hour and pick up a Viazul bus to go back to Havana.

Is there any taxi in Matanzas? Is there any taxi in Varadero?
