沒想到才過了一個新年.該國的政策又改了.
不曉得這該歸功於誰..
想到我1月初為了這VISA白跑三次大使館.. 真是淚...

I feel so frustrate for Azerbaijan visa recently.
I check the web site-ministry of foreign affairs of Azerbaijan, it noted foreigner need the LOI and other documents for visa application.
However, I asked the purchase of LOI from the Azerbaijan travel agency, they told me that the fee of LIO is US$150 for "Taiwanese"(general EU members & Japan only pay US$50 for LOI) and "Taiwanese" is very difficult to get the Azerbaijan visa even though you have the LOI......
For Georgia visa, it should be easy to get the border visa. But I saw the country list which show countries can visit Georgia without visa fee...And this country list is including EU, US...and Singapore, Japan, Thailand...
For Armenia visa, I'm advised by minstry of foreign affairs of Armenia that "Taiwanese" need the LOI for Armenia visa application.....
I decide to use the e-visa. Hope it won't ask me to attach LOI via web....

I already ask 5-6 Azerbaijan agencies, they ALL say that they can't proceed the LOI for Taiwanese because Taiwanese's LOI need to be approved by Aremenia MFA.....
So, under this situation, I can't buy the effective LOI as the Taiwan traveller.....I'm forced to give up the idea to travel Azerbaijan :(
2)Armenia e-visa :
Originally, I think it will be an easy one.
I paid US$15 and applied the Armenia e-visa on March 31th. In the process in the e-visa application, I filled the travel date as "May/10th" in my application.
However, my Armenia e-visa was rejected by Armenia MFA.
The rejected reasion is "APPLY CLOSER TO YOUR TRAVEL DATE".
Today is not my day :(

I tried the 2nd time for Armenia eVisa application again.
This time, I paid US$15 again on 6th April, and write the closer Travel Date(12th April). Then I got my Armenia eVisa today ! Finally.....
Hint : Please note your Travel Date in your application form. Otherwise, you will be rejecterd and paid the 2nd time payment.....

因為是要去出差, 所以最後還是去俄羅斯的大使館辦, 美金50圓.
