今天在研究高加索國家三小國的簽證及邊界規定，目前找到的資料順便跟大家分享一下
Armenia 的e-Visa 現在台灣又可以申請囉，今天剛上去查有台灣~

看來有時可申請，又時又不行，趁現在可以申請，90天內想去的人快點先請下來吧。
Azerbaijan的簽證，我看外國的網站上討論在德黑蘭很好拿，好像當天就可以下來，且不用邀請函，但他拿的是五天的過境簽。若拿不到觀光簽，過境簽也好，不然為了邀請函還有花幾百元美金請旅行社辦，真是不划算，這點等我過幾天到德黑蘭申請時，再跟大家分享。
Update: 今天上網查已經拿到Armenia簽證囉，所以台灣人是可以直接申請電子簽證沒問題的！！
他們不會把e-visa寄到信箱，二天後自已上官網點 Review the status of an e-Visa application，把你的reference number 輸入，就可以看到你的電子簽證了，印下來帶出去就ok囉。

但是最近每次過關想用特區
最後都是「被迫」交出BNO
然後用BNO過關
所以現在我決定之後全程都用BNO
將本特區打入冷官

I think Armenia now provide visa on arrival for all nationalities .

here's my tip for applying Azerbaijan VISA for the consulate in Bishkek
Address and open times: дЗЕРЖИНСКОГО Street No 183. The consulate section is open 10 - 12.30 Monday, Wednesday and Friday. (it's the street parallel to Soviet about 4 street to the West and 2-3 blocks North). Tel: 376471
before you start: email Azerbaijan24.com to see if your passport is okay for application with them.
step 1: go to Hilton Baku website (www.hilton.com/baku) and book your accommodation for the period of your whole stay in Azerbaijan. This is because for VISA application, they will need to have hotel reservation. Make sure you choose the most expensive payment option (so you can cancel afterwards). You will get a confirmation email from Hilton Baku in about 10 min or so. Remember NO CREDIT card detail is required for this reservation. You can book it with hostels/others but it's easier to use a 5 star hotel.
step 2: use an online agency for LOI and travel vouchers. I used "Azerbaijan24.com" (http://www.azerbaijan24.com/visas/34-azerbaijan-visa/...ijan-tourist-visa.html) fill out the form online for the Azeri LOI and travel voucher and pay the fee online through paypal (if you pay with credit card through paypal it's USD$60+3%). Email the payment receipt to Azerbaijan24 company (the company is also called Baku Travel Services). Remember to ask the company for both the LOI and travel voucher. Travel voucher will reduce the VISA fee payable to the consulate to USD $20. I got my LOI and Travel voucher emailed to me (after emitting the payment receipt to them) in about 1 hour or so.
step 3: Apply the VISA at the consult. They will tell you to go to Damir ann on CHuy street to pay the USD $20. Bring the receipt to the consulate before the closing time of 12.30 on the open days (Mon, Wed, Fri) of the consulate section (i.e. you want to apply early cos Damir bank is about 40 min walk or 2 bus rides away). Note the Damir Bank closes during lunch time from 12-1pm. Only after you bring the receipt back to the consulate will they start processing.
step 4: pick up your VISA (3-7 days it really depends on how busy they are) at the consulate
step 5: cancel your Hilton Baku reservation (simply by replying their confirmation email), unless you really want to stay there.

申請完會寄一封email是刷卡收據, 2天後自行再回來上面有個check status 查/印, 申請後跳出來的畫面中 REFERENCE NUMBER要抄下來 (3組共16碼數字) , email裡面只有刷卡收據號碼Order Number沒有申請號碼

2013.5.15 23:00我剛才去印出來了, 簽證效期是自核發日期起算90天內有效(EX.我的核發日5/15, 效期就到8/13) , 單次是最多停21天
同前輩所說不會發mail通知, 請自行回去網站上查印, 頁面是一個跟實際visa一樣的圖片, 建議印出攜帶
