請問您~~當地租摩托車適合嗎? 會不會也迷路? 油真的很貴嗎?
嗯，很多人都會租摩托車，要記得帶國際駕照
不過當地的摩托車大都是像野狼125那種重型的打檔車，如果不會騎打檔車要考慮一下
另外，油一定是比之前貴的，但究竟多貴，我沒騎過，不知道，得問當地人
又，當地有地圖可買，但買地圖之外，還是要記得，路長在嘴上，多問人就好了
當地人不見得會英文，你只要在你覺得有疑問的岔路口，跟路邊的人問路
不需要說完整句子，只要講出目的地的名稱，用手指著岔路，人家就會比給你看

但我朋友翻月曆說是9/14:-P

Indra Jatra 14/Sep/2008
The festival of Indra Jatra celebrates classical dances and continues
for 8 days with much rejoicing, singing, dancing, and feasting centered
around the Kathmandu Durbar square. On the first day a long wooden pole
is erected in front of the ancient Royal Palace at Hanuman Dhoka, in
order to Dnopitiate Lord Indra, the god of rain, classical dancers also
a ssemble at to spot, wearing different kinds oftraditionalmasks and
costumes, dancing around the courtyard of Hanuman Dhoka to celebrate
Indra's visit.
On the 3rd day of the festival, the living goddess Kumari is taken out
in a procession in a chariot, Kumari, "the living goddess" is considered
to be the incrnation of the goddess "Taleju". The long wooden pole erected
on the firstday is lowered animal sqcrifices and ricuals, on the last
evening.

I am in Nepal, too. I am sure Indra Jartra is 9/14. But local people told me that Kumari will show up in her chariot on the 1st day. 2:00 in the afternoon.

是的，第一天庫瑪莉就會出現，不過並沒有巡行市街，只有在廣場上的活動現身而已
