我覺得你有可能只是遇到他們的抽查而已說，而你現在能做的應該也只有Yes吧！

此信息是要你提供護照內頁的護照號碼/有效期限/照片...等資料,
當初我的做法將護照資料Scan後以email寄給審查單位, 最後就OK了
除了 Scan, 也可以傳真給他或以郵寄方式, 但郵寄還要花費一筆郵資...
如果你仔細閱讀所有信息內容, 應該都有很詳細的做法吧...
