I suppose Moroccan Embassy there recognize Chinese passport and you can get it via their office. I applied in Rotterdam and the office address is in my post. I heard that in Amsterdam there's another office. If you're near to Den Haag, go strightly to check where to apply now, just for sure. It took me two months to get that visa, so if you want to go in Christmas...hurry up!
