Agency say my bf has to pay US270 for his personal documents and agency will send to Nigeria!
I already ask Taiwan embassy but they dont know!

Please don't remit anything to Nigeria!!!
It is a typical "419". "419" is the code for fraud crime in Nigeria.
Search from internet then you would realize what's going on.
Please visit the websites of those famous oil companies like Texaco, Total, ELF and so on if you're applying a job.
But I don't recommend your bf to work in Nigeria. The people of Delta area (產油區) in southern Nigeria has formed an armed militia to fight Nigerian Government for their own benefit, and are kidnapping foreign engineers as hostages in the area.
Please don't remit anything to Nigeria!!!

Skipper說的很正確，奈及利亞的419詐騙集團惡名昭彰，基本上如果是要先付錢才可以拿到工作的，百分之一百是詐騙。
不過我還可以補充以下事項，
不知道妳男友是要去當oil worker還是只是想要到石油公司工作，如果是前者，就我所認識的shell的工程師他們是福利好，假期多，新水當然也是很吸引人。不過的確工作環境不是很安全，之前就是因為當地的軍隊在採油區亂，所以那些工程師通通被疏散並安置到Lagos的Eko。
若是他只是想要到各大石油公司位於奈及利亞的總部上班，安全方面會好一點，不過我不知道妳男友想要找什麼工作，我知道很多石油公司的外國員工都是被外派來這裡的，所以徵人啟事大概如同Skipper說的，要到各大公司網站看。

因他是外國人，所以工作都以國外為主。真難找。
