在奇異果園整年都有工作 但工作內容會隨時間改變
像之前是摘果(4-6月左右).冬季剪枝(6-8月) 像現在就快變成夏季剪枝了
夏季剪枝很簡單 也不需要經驗 內容就是把枝條上的葉子剪掉
只留開頭得6片葉子
這工作會持續2到3個月吧
至於薪水部分
就得看是1.處理的果樹是綠色奇異果還是金黃奇異果
2.計件或是計時
3.工頭
(1)不管是摘果或冬季或夏季剪枝等 同樣工作內容
金黃奇異果的每單位(看老闆是計
件或計時)工資都會比綠色奇異果高
(2)同一季節 同樣工作內容 不同老闆會有不同得計費方式
所以要選擇適合你的方
式
計件 工頭不會管你 因為你做多少老闆就付多少
計時 工頭會一直趕你 快快快
雖然計時會趕你 但也比較能摸魚 因為你慢慢做 做的少 薪水還是照賺
了不起老闆走到你身邊時你就做快一點 其餘就慢慢做
(3)不同的工頭給的薪水不一樣
我第一個老闆是老印度人 每小時淨賺9.2nz 每星期領一次薪水
如果總共是428nz
他就給你425nz
因為他說不給零錢 這裡最小的紙鈔是5nz
現在是第二個老闆 也是印度人但才22歲 11nz/h 一樣每星期領一次薪水
但這老闆
就比較有良心
零錢都照算給你 連0.5nz都會給你
最近遇到一個中國工頭 是計件的 一個bai(一顆樹)7nz
以上三種工頭給的薪水 都是同樣工作(冬季剪枝 金黃奇異果)
這裡給你個計件和計時的對照(我親身經驗)
我11nz/h 做9小時一天 賺100nz 工頭99nz都給100nz 總共做8.5個bai
但工頭說標準是11個bai 但錢還是照給 因為如果計件這老闆是一個bai 9nz
所以你算一下
計時實際11nz*9h=99nz
計件標準9nz*11bai=99nz
但實際9nz*8.5bai=76.5nz
所以我算計時工比較划算 但如果你手腳快 你可以做計件的 會賺比較多
另外印度工頭好像比較多用計時的 中國工頭比較多用計件的

I am not work in the kiwifruit packing house now. I work in the fish factory in Mt. Maunganui, near Tepuke by car 30 mins. I am not sure how about the work in June.
Pre-book the work, I am not sure if you are not here how can you pre-book. I need to pay tax. If you want to work, you need apply the IRD no. When I apply the fish facotry work, I filled the form,the fish factory's boss give me. I just fill all of the info. such as: name, IRD NO, bank acc etc...

They don't have lock for the food and dorm room, you can put the valuables in the office. I just think the food is dornate to the poor guy, then I will feel better when my food is stolen.

大家好,我是新來的.第一次發言,來自香港,打算4 月底或五月頭出發.我之前已email問過eastpack , 請問是不是已有人在那裡打工了呢?如果要去packhouse打工,需要預約嗎,應該預早幾時聯絡顧主?他們會留位嗎?我怕五月開始難搵工呢
