我先來推薦一個：

我覺的它的優點是
每一個單位都可以下載完整的MP3和對話稿
而且每個單位都不長
大約6~10分鐘而已
它的英文說話速度比較快
像一般人正常的談話速度，新聞報導的部分就更快一點
不像一般的英文教學網站說話的速度比較慢
這是給要出國長期(WH....)的人一個很好的訓練聽力的的方法
因為如果你要和當地人有比較深入的交談的話
沒有多少當地人會遷就你把說話的速度拉慢到和「大家說英語」一樣.......
(當然「大家說英語」還是一本非常好的雜誌啦)
所以這個比較適合進階一點的人來練習
因為它有MP3和完整的講稿
所以可以先用聽的聽個幾遍MP3
試著去理解對話的內容
它在對話中也會將一些比較難的字彙用英文解釋一遍
先試著用聽的去理解
然後再邊聽邊對照講稿
再把真的不懂的部分用字典查一查
等都弄懂了
再多聽幾次
