< Long Term >
$105 per week, per person
- All bills are included (Thrifty usage only)
- Bond (Deposit): $210 same as 2 weeks payment.
- Pay every 2 weeks through internet banking.
- We deal with Receipt everytime and calculate accurately.

< Short Term >
- $17 per day, per person / Bond $200 per person
- You should let us know correct leaving date.
- 'Short Term' means less than 4 weeks of staying.

Our house has very nice condition with reasonable price.
And we are friendly each other and have a fun often.
Therefore you must have 5 VERY basic manners as following;

. Quiet - We want peace all the time but we also have a party often
. Tidy - Keep clean & arrange common things
. Care - Use everything like as yours, Treat others with good manner
. Save - Help us to pay less bill always otherwise we need to share
. Safe - Nobody expect a thief or fire so stay in safe

Also other things you need to consider are;
- You should focus on your study or work, not to stay at home whole day (everyday)
- You should come back home before 11pm to make sure safety (if late, must let me know)
- Sleeping time: 11pm~7am (No cooking & shower) Just because of noise.
- We clean house all together in every weekend. (Free schedule)
- Aged in twenties is preferred.
