$105 per week, per person
- All bills are included (Thrifty usage only)
- Bond (Deposit): $210 same as 2 weeks payment.
- Pay every 2 weeks through internet banking.
- We deal with Receipt everytime and calculate accurately.

< Short Term >
- $17 per day, per person / Bond $200 per person
- You should let us know correct leaving date.
- 'Short Term' means less than 4 weeks of staying.

Our house has very nice condition with reasonable price.
And we are friendly each other and have a fun often.
Therefore you must have 5 VERY basic manners as following;

. Quiet - We want peace all the time but we also have a party often
. Tidy - Keep clean & arrange common things
. Care - Use everything like as yours, Treat others with good manner
. Save - Help us to pay less bill always otherwise we need to share
. Safe - Nobody expect a thief or fire so stay in safe

Also other things you need to consider are;
- You should focus on your study or work, not to stay at home whole day (everyday)
- You should come back home before 11pm to make sure safety (if late, must let me know)
- Sleeping time: 11pm~7am (No cooking & shower) Just because of noise.
- We clean house all together in every weekend. (Free schedule)
- Aged in twenties is preferred.

If you study at both Monash Caulfield and Clayton campus, our house will be good choice.

I am wondering that how long it will take to Monash Caulfield and Clayton campus by train or route 900? (It seems to be located in the zone between Caulfield and Clayton?)
Do I need to buy tickets both for Zone1 and Zone2 to school?

You can use either Zone1 or Zone2 ticket at Our house.

Caulfield: walk 9 min to Hughesdale Station
Take train
Time 7 min
Frequency: every 7 min
Zone(s): 1
Walk 9 min to Monash University (Caulfield)
Total 25 min

Clayton: walk 8 min to Chadstone Shopping Centre
Take 900 bus towards Stud Park
Time 22 min
Frequency: every 15 min
Zone(s): 2
Total 30 min
