聽說已經要開放日本打工度假跟免英簽了

只是想知道聽來的是不是真的?
聽說日本已經開放給台灣打工度假的機會了，但好像要通過一些檢定考!
而英國從今年3月3日起可以免簽證停留60天還是90天，這是真的嗎?^o)
有人可以提供相關資訊嗎?感謝不盡!
