美國護照入境菲律賓問題

想請問各位~我持有台、美兩本護照；
想說美國護照入境菲律賓可以免簽，但我出境台灣必須使用台灣護照，請問可以這樣嗎?
那美國護照要入境菲律賓，需要準備甚麼資料、或是填甚麼表格嗎?有甚麼需要特別注意的細節?
還有就是...因為我是6/10要出發，但我的美國護照效期已經不滿6個月
現在去辦要多久才會辦好啊?(我爬官網是說要3~4週)

1 菲律賓不接受雙重國籍,只能持1本護照進出菲律賓。但是有台美雙重國籍人士順利用美國護照入境過。

National USA (US) /Destination Philippines (PH)
Passport required.
- Passport and/or passport replacing documents must be valid for at least 6 months on arrival.
Visa Issuance:
Visa required, except for Holders of passports issued to
nationals of USA can obtain a visa on arrival, for a max. stay of 59 days.
Fee: USD 50.- (bank exchange slip is mandatory).
Visitors are required to hold proof of sufficient funds to cover their stay and documents required for their next destination.
Warning:
- Return/onward ticket is required to travel to the Philippines; visitors arriving without a return/onward ticket will be refused entry.
3 你的美國護照不到6個月，所以不符合資格。必須另外辦簽證，或是重辦美國護照
重辦美國護照要由AIT送回美國製作，所以你多半來不及
最好還是拿你的台灣護照或美國護照去辦菲律賓簽證
雖然有點浪費錢，但就當做是上了寶貴的一課，以後做事情就知道要盡早準備。
