以下是亞航對於更改訂位的回覆,48小時前更改訂位,除新訂位票價多不退,少要補費用之外,再加950的更改費,若48小時內,除非更改名字,否則一律不許更改
With regards to your email, we regret to inform you that the booking of a Seat is confirmed after full payment of the fare is made and after we issue you a booking number and/or the Itinerary. Once confirmed, the booking cannot be cancelled and payments made are not refundable.
However, if you don’t convenience to travel on that flight, we recommend you to change flight to another date and time. Please refer our Terms and Conditions for flight change article 5.3, if you wish to change any of the details of your booking e.g. date and time, you must inform us of your changes more than 48 hours before the scheduled departure of your flight. Changes to your booking will incur a Flight Change Fee of THB 650Domestic / THB 950 International plus fare difference per guest per sector. Within 48 hours of your departure time only name change on bookings are allowed, Name Change fee of THB 650 Domestic / THB 950 International per guest. Change fee must be paid immediately upon changes. If the new flight is in a lower fare then the booked, the difference will not be refunded.
If the new flight is in a higher fare than the booked, then the fare difference must be paid.
5.3
Flight Change: Once a booking number has been issued, flight changes are subject to the following terms:
Inside of forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time, no changes are allowed. The charges for flight change outside of forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time are provided for in the fee schedule, subject to the following conditions:
a. if a lower fare is available, the difference in fares will not be refunded to the passenger;
b. if the new flight booked is in a higher fare class than that of the cancelled booked flight, the difference in fares shall be paid by the passenger before the cancellation or change can be made;
c. the change is not confirmed until we issue you a new Itinerary and/or booking number.
d. changes on route(s) are not allowed.
