At AirAsia Zest, we deeply value your relationship with us and are committed to providing you with the highest level of service. Unfortunately, due to unexpected operational constraints we have to temporarily forego of our plans for this route. (We are currently working on your alternate flight options to minimize any disruption.)* for those traveling in April only.
To our dear passenger please choose from the following options which we trust can ease the inconvenience caused.
• Re-route their flights to any PQ (Philippines AirAsia) or Z2 (AirAsia Zest) flights
• Be offered a credit shell for the value that they paid with a validity of 3 months
• Full refund
1.移轉至菲律賓亞航的任何航班 - 依照經驗是一個月內的航班 2.退至亞航帳戶(CREDIT SHELL) - 90天內必須使用, 否則視同放棄 3.是全額退費~前兩個翻譯怪怪的

同樣的班機時間,飛到馬尼拉後再搭亞航的九點五十分或十一點的到卡利波

亞航寄給旅行社的信顯示，6/28前都取消，正在安排替代方案 (馬尼拉轉機、退費等等)

可能無法，我之前搭馬尼拉精神航空，也是臨時取消，寫信給AGODA告知狀況，他說當初訂房合約有載明，所以無法退費，泣~
不過還好最後幫我訂機票的旅行社有賠償我相關損失，不然真的很想哭。
如果提出航班取消的證明，爭取看看，或許AGODA會通融同意退費。
