denied for booking in Ryanair

tried to book air tickets in October 2017 by skyscanner for Ryanair and /////vueling , like Bcn spain to Geneva, swiss, denied many times. How can I book thru web, or just purchased thru traval agency in Taipei? Did i book too early?

if there is other choice, try take other airline instead of Ryanair. they landed in small airport far from city
