尚有未付金額該如何處理

我遇到了一個奇怪的狀況，上來請教大家。

我看我的行程管理中，出現了未付款項

嚇了一大跳，想說上次亞航增加燃料稅時，只要一直按下一步就可以到結帳去了，比照辦理，但是當我結帳時，卻沒有未付款項。
我想說會不會是當初信用卡請款沒過所產生的奇怪現象，所以去查了一下帳單
確認當初來請款的金額是 "20598"，這是怎麼回事，有沒有人可以告訴我該如何處理??

看結帳帳單。1290顯示金額英文是“手續費”意思。至於是什麼手續費請詢問航空公司。

所以應該是溢付金額吧??

我猜不會直接主動把錢退給你.
