有哪位大大知道如果在asiarooms 訂房後才知房間已滿了的話，他們會取消已刷的金額嗎?

我21號在asiarooms 訂了3間飯店(ROYAL BENJA; PALAZZO BANGKOK; CLUB ANDAMAN BEACH RESORT PHUKET)asiarooms方面也都給我確認了(voucher),我發了3封信給各3間飯店跟他們確認到底有無訂房紀錄(有附確認碼)，其中一間普吉的Club Andaman Beach Resort先回函給我說沒有任何紀錄，我問asiarooms為什麼會這樣，我們的問與答:
Q:I'd been contact with Club Andaman Beach Resort directly, but they dosen't have any reservation record of mine,why? and I also gave them my voucher, pls check it again, thx.
A:Please be informed that your room is blocked now yet your information will be sent within 7 days of your arrival in case of the information loss. Please check with the hotel again before your arrival.
Q:what's your mean by room blocked, it's mean that the room not avaliable now ?

A:Your room has been confirmed in our supplier's records. The voucher will be resent to you again by Travel's system seven days before your scheduled check-in date. You may simply print the voucher and take it with you to guarantee a smooth check-in. Upon your arrival, as the hotel will have your reservation. We hope this information is helpful.
但等到起飛前7天才會"完全"confirmed，這樣不是很讓人沒安全感嗎?他們會有漏訂的情況發生嗎?請教有經驗的大大幫助~~~

8/9我在asiarooms訂了9/27-10/1住Reflections，當天馬上回覆我要的房間兩間可以確認，另一間不行。結果8/10我回覆那ㄇ就只要那兩間即可，卻回覆我完全沒有那個價位的房間了。所以昨天我又重訂了更高價位的房間，但卻遲遲沒有回覆。請問asiarooms是不是真的有點問題？而且現在定9/27的房間，已經算遲了ㄇ？我要如何定得到Reflections？各位大大

我最近也在asiaroom定了房，但是刷卡記錄卻很奇怪，我是定曼谷3天pattaya 3天，共6晚住宿，金額總共是129.05美金加186.9美金 =315.95美金
但是我的刷卡銀行卻向我反應，我的刷卡訂房紀錄有3筆一共是4260 + 4260 +6100 = 14620元，我覺得很奇怪為什麼會有3筆紀錄?應該是4260這筆重複刷到，因為US315.95換算成台幣也不過是10330，足足比14620少了4000多元!!!!!!也寫信去確認了，但是他們只寄了一封信說會再確認接下來就沒消息了，我也不知道現在該怎麼辦?難道我還要多付4000多塊嗎?
