連孤獨都嘲笑我太懦弱
跟大家分享一下再BudgetAir.com訂票經驗
跟朋友一起訂票(共五個人)
結果訂完之後 只有我沒收到確認信且機票金額也沒有刷卡
眼睜睜的看大家都已經飛走了 自己怎麼還在台灣(大誤)
急忙撥了服務電話
果不其然 服務電話就是英文語音答錄自動掛斷
於是想說先寄信給客服反映一下
以下是信件內容(請見諒我的破英文 XD)
I book the tickets from A to B round trip, but I don’t receive any confirm email. My credit card totally charge only for NT XXXX (premium service NTXXX and payment fee NTXXX). My flight ticket for adult x1 is NTXXX but didn’t charged. Your website show me the booking is successful and the number is BTW-XXXXXXX. I use [email protected] for booking. My phone number is XXXXXXXXX. If you could reply me soon, I would be appreciated. Thanks for your helping.

還好過了一小時左右
客服便回信了
機票及刷卡資料都寄到信箱裡拉
虛驚一場~~~
應該有提供清楚的資訊
客服處理效率就可以提高吧 XDD
