there are two trips all together.
1. From BKK - Siem Reap - Phnom Penh - Singapore.
2. Macau - Ha Long Bay - Hanoi - Vientiane - Luang Prabang - Chiangmai - Singapore.

陆路口岸通云南的只有一个河口（中）－老街（越）
好象云南也有轮渡到广西的
