被Lateroom和booking整死了
後悔過去不如奮鬥將來
會多訂幾家是人之常情,更何況有註明cancel are free
我同時訂了Lateroom和booking 2個晚上,不同家旅店
Lateroom寫七天內取消會扣一個晚上(NO SHOW)
然後等我要取消的時候又不能在網路上取消

等我打去英國,那個小姐就說他要打去新加坡飯店看能不能取消,叫我在線上等著
然後我就等了10分鐘,然後電話就斷線
心中三條線(打國際電話很貴....)
然後我快把Lateroom.com看爛了
我還是不知道為何不能在網路上取消或怎麼改住房時間
當時訂的時候是寫七天內取消會扣一個晚上(NO SHOW)
可是等我下完訂單,她寄信來是寫
Room Cancellation Policy :
Your reservation for the Marrison Hotel in Singapore is an advance purchase rate and a credit card is required to charge full pre-payment at the time of booking. This is non refundable and non transferable.
然後我困擾了很久,不知道能不能寫信去取消,而且不用收費
好像沒有很多人在Lateroom.com訂房且取消的?
因為我登記的是VISA金融卡,在想是不是這幾天去停掉好了(大家給點意見吧?!)
還是我停掉後,她又會跟銀行請款,導致我信用不良?(我只是學生沒有信用卡)
booking.com更不用說了

上面寫的條款似乎跟下完訂單,收到完成訂單上的條款不一樣?
不會先扣款,等住宿後才現場付?
為什麼有人能更改住宿時間,我卻沒辦法?
